Through her network of contacts in the industry, she made sure that the right potential buyers heard of the property, even though not listed, and generated an acceptable offer within 4/5 months of being given the listing, closing 3 months later. We view this sale as a very successful outcome for us given the property. In addition to delivering that outcome, Amy found us great rental options in Boston for us to maintain as a Boston base post sale. She successfully negotiated our current Boston condo rental in a time frame that allowed for a smooth move for our family. We are delighted with our new home base.
