Amy Mizner

Amy Mizner is Senior Vice President at Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty and the founding principal of the Mizner Team, Weston’s #1 real estate team for over a decade. With over $1 billion in sales, Amy is one of the most successful and sought-after brokers in the Greater Boston area, and a proven leader in the luxury residential real estate market.

Amy’s fresh approach and creative vision is in large part a product of her early career in broadcast television, where she worked as a producer, creating award-winning commercials for some of the nation’s largest companies. During this tenure, she learned the importance of effective communication and forward-thinking marketing, as well as how to expertly navigate complex corporate structures.   

Armed with the skills she acquired in television as well as a unique perspective, Amy launched a career in real estate in 1995. In short time she made a name for herself, building a reputation for her ingenuity and integrity, and became a trusted advisor to hundreds of high-end homebuyers and sellers in the MetroWest area. 

In 2010, Amy became a founding partner of Benoit Mizner Simon & Co Real Estate. As the executive of a premier real estate company, Amy considered the big picture and handled the minutiae, growing the business to over 100 agents that closed over $4 billion in sales all the while ensuring that the individual needs of every client were met. 

At Benoit Mizner Simon Co, going above and beyond for clients was standard practice, as was leveraging a thorough knowledge of the MetroWest market, and the latest technology.  Amy, who has been a longtime resident of Weston, knows the area inside and out, and meshes an unerring local expertise with world-class service.

It was this mentality and unique skill set—coupled with her drive for success—that caught the eye of Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty. In early 2020, Gibson Sotheby’s acquired Benoit Mizner Simon & Co. and Amy Mizner became Senior Vice President.

Today, Amy continues to deliver for her clients with the same passion and savvy that gained her recognition as a top agent by The Wall Street Journal, Boston Business Journal and Boston Magazine, among others, and national attention as an industry spokesperson for news outlets including CNBC and Fox25. Amy is a regular on the speaker circuit and has received numerous accolades for her achievements in real estate. Amy has also been a teacher and featured speaker at Bentley University’s Entrepreneurial Thinking Summit for the past 9 years.

As the Executive Administrator, Amy-Jo ensures that all of our clients receive exceptional service and that each transaction is handled with precision and professionalism. For more than 25 years, Amy-Jo was a civil litigator with a primary focus on commercial and residential real estate. Her passion for real estate served as the impetus to join the Mizner Team in 2015. Amy-Jo’s organizational skills, attention to detail, enthusiasm, and level of commitment contribute significantly to the team’s success. 

Aphrodite Karpouzis

Sales Associate

Aphrodite brings a diverse background in business administration and event planning to the Mizner Team. Her robust people skills are demonstrated in her unique talent as a mixologist and her innate ability to multi- task. A tireless work ethic and commitment to provide an elevated experience for our clients is the secret to her success. Jenna brings her expertise from the urban real estate market into the suburbs for the Mizner Team. Beginning her real estate career in Back Bay, she took on the diverse rental market throughout the city of Boston. She expanded her knowledge in the industry pursuing a role in property management for a well-known REIT, wearing many hats in a fast-paced environment. Her amiable demeanor, integrity, and problem solving skills bring outstanding client service to the table. With a marketing degree and creative drive, Jenna helps fuel the team’s innovative approach to build distinctive marketing for their clientele. Her passion for all things real estate coupled with her drive for success make her a great addition to the team.

Catie Belton

Sales Associate

As a longtime resident of the Boston area, Catie possesses a robust understanding of each of the distinct towns and neighborhoods within the MetroWest market. Catie has an extensive background in real estate with various roles in both the commercial real estate and the real estate finance sectors. Prior to joining the Mizner Team, Catie held positions with the following organizations: Longfellow Real Estate Partners, Global Logistics Properties (GLP), Avison Young, and Waterton Associates. Catie obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Boston College.

Catie currently resides in Wellesley with her husband, son, and their standard poodle. Catie enjoys running and hiking, and loves watching ice hockey, football, and most importantly all Boston College sports! Catie’s real estate skillset in conjunction with her strong work ethic, competitive nature, and exceptional interpersonal skills make her a valuable addition to the Mizner team.

Monique Mooney

Sales Associate

Monique has been a valuable asset to the Mizner Team since 2013. She launched her real estate career more than 30 years ago while working for her father, a highly respected builder and developer in the Metro West area. Her extensive network of relationships, coupled with her comprehensive wealth of knowledge of the real estate industry serve as a valuable resource for sellers and buyers alike. Monique has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Masters in Business Administration.
